Online therapy for grief and life changes

Losing someone, ending a relationship, moving country or closing a chapter all have something in common: they force you to rebuild things you took for granted.

Grief isn't an illness and it has no expiry date. But going through it with company is a different experience.

When it can help

  • Someone important has died, recently or years ago
  • A break-up or divorce has left you without solid ground
  • You've moved, emigrated, or come back to a place that isn't the same
  • Something you recognised yourself in has ended: a job, a project
  • You feel stuck and can't pick your life back up

How we work

There are no stages to walk through in order and no correct timeline. The first thing is being able to tell it calmly, without feeling you're a burden or that you should be over it by now.

From there I go with you: holding what hurts without covering it up, rearranging daily life, and finding a way forward that doesn't ask you to forget.

Write to me and we'll see how to start.

Frequently asked questions

How long is it normal to feel like this?
There's no timeline, and comparing yourself to others usually hurts. What matters isn't how long it's been, but whether the pain is stopping you living.
It happened a long time ago — is it too late?
No. It's very common for an old grief to resurface years later, sometimes triggered by another loss. We work on it just the same.
I don't want to forget them.
I don't want you to. The point is that you can carry on without remembering hurting so much — which isn't the same as forgetting.
